Founded by Amber Stollings, M.Ed., Paragon draws on more than two decades of experience spanning organizational leadership, business consulting, program management, corporate learning and development, and human development.
Amber’s multidisciplinary background includes graduate education in Education Management, organizational operations and improvement, and regional and national consulting for a global publishing company. Her expert presentations helped sales teams secure million-dollar contracts. Her experience also includes managing corporate learning and development initiatives for a national organization.
This combination of strategic, operational, commercial, and human-centered experience informs Paragon’s approach to helping leaders and organizations navigate challenges, strengthen performance, and create meaningful change.
